Destinations

The Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca or "white coast" is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations; particularly popular with the Spanish themselves. The coast line has long stretches of golden sandy beaches offering water sports, children's play areas and beach bars.

The resorts are traditional towns with historic centres, pavement cafes, tapas bars and markets. The back drop to the Coast is a mountain range flanked by fruit trees and vines and it is here you will find the picturesque villages of 'the real Spain'.

There are also theme parks, safari parks, water parks and sea world for your amusement.

Dénia

Denia has 10kms of long sandy beach lined with restaurants and beach bars. The further from the town centre you are, the fewer people you will encounter on the beach. Denia has an historic town centre built around a castle with its small streets offering boutique shops, local bars and restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlours. The port is full of life with fishing boats, day trips and ferries to the Balearic Islands; the front is lined with restaurants ideal for watching the world go by. The newly developed marina has a stylish collection of late night bars and exclusive restaurants.

Jávea

Javea's old town and port retain a traditional feel and are home to local life and restaurants. The sandy beach is a sheltered, shallow bay surrounded by a wide selection of international restaurants, bars and cafes. There are several cove beaches great for snorkelling in the crystal clear waters; and spectacular view points around the mountainous headline at either side of the resort.

Moraira

Moraira town centre and harbour retain the feel of a small fishing village. There are cafes and restaurants along the sea-front promenade leading from the beach to the Marina. The gently shelving, sandy beach is flanked by rocky outcrops ideal for snorkelling.

Calpe

Calpe has two long sandy beaches either side of the "Penon", a towering rock that juts out of the sea. This is a developed town popular with foreigners but the small old town and harbour front still retain their Spanish heart.

Oliva Nova

A new Golf resort built around the course designed by Severiano Ballesteros and on a stretch of unspoilt sandy beach backed by dunes. There are a couple of restaurants and bars in this neat resort with the local towns of Oliva and Denia close by.

Florida

Everything is possible in the State that enjoys all year round sunshine and warmth. The long sandy coastline borders the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. The cosmopolitan and vibrant city of Miami gives way to the relaxed attitude of the Keys and the Ocean side resorts. The once ubiquitous Everglades are still home to alligators, armadillos, eagles, vultures and pumas, whilst manatees and dolphins play around the coast.

Our villas are located in Central Florida within easy reach of national parks, the beach resorts of Tampa and St Petersburg, and the Kennedy Space centre. The biggest attractions are on the door step of our holiday homes.
