The apartments Los Leandros are situated in La Mata which is part of Torrevieja. A wide selection of international bars, restaurants, banks, supermarket, shops and evening entertainment can be found in it's immediate vicinity. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartments which takes you into Torrevieja and Guardamar. The golden sandy beach is just 500 m away and offers further bars and restaurants.
Accommodation
The apartment has a open plan living/dining area seating 4 people. The patio doors leading to a private terrace with views to the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle etc. In the separate laundry room there is a further fridge as well as a washing machine. The apartment has a family bath room.
The communal swimming pool is literally on the other side of the street. The apartment is suitable for people with walking difficulties as it is on the ground floor and has an entrance ramp.
