Location
Next to the golden sandy beach and walking distance to a couple of bar/restaurants including a very popular one right on the beach. The bus runs along the beach road into Denia where you can stop at the many restaurants and bars or continue into Denia's bustling port area(10 minute drive). Here you will find a great selection of restaurants and a nightly market in the summer months. The port is active with fishing boats and ferries to the Balearic Islands and behind lies Denia old town with its mediaeval streets centred around a castle and offering tapas bars, cafés, ice cream parlours and boutique shops. There is a stylish marina the other side of town offering trendy restaurants and late night chill out bars.
The villages of Els Poblets and Vergel are just a couple of minutes drive and offer local restaurants and facilities.
Accommodation
This light, 3rd floor apartment has an open plan living/dining room with balcony overlooking the communal pool and terraces and with views of the sea. There is air-con/heating in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility area.There are two double bedrooms and the third bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated to a stylish shower room.
The swimming pool has a separate children's pool and is surrounded by plenty of sunbathing terraces
