Location
Café and bar facilities are on site and the apartment is just a couple of minutes drive into the resort town of Denia where all the great facilities are laid out: golden sandy beach, marina, port and old town. Denia's stylish new marina offers trendy, attractive restaurants, cafe´s and late night Ibiza style chill out bars. In addition, there are restaurants and bars along the beach front, particularly in the bustling port area which is active with fishing boats and ferries to the Balearic Islands, and is home to nightly market stalls in the summer months. Denia old town has its mediaeval streets centred around a castle and offers tapas bars, cafés, ice cream parlours and boutique shops.
Of course there is also the golden sandy beach near to the apartments and a further 10kms of sandy beach the other side of Denia town. There is also a lovely promenande walk along the rocky beach near to the apartments which passes some of the most popular fish restaurants in the area.
Accommodation
A neat ground floor holiday apartment with open plan living area and kitchen. Full length windows overlook the gardens. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom. Sofa beds in the lounge enable the apartment to sleep 4. The apartment enjoys spacious grass gardens immediately outside and a large swimming pool with separate children's pool. The pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with communal sunloungers and there is a snack bar overlooking the pool.
