For permanent living Denia also offers a great selection of shops, supermarkets, schools and all amenities and has an intercity bus service and train station.

A neat ground floor holiday apartment with open plan living area and kitchen. Full length windows overlook the gardens. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom. Currently sofa beds in the lounge enable the apartment to sleep 4. The apartment enjoys spacious grass gardens immediately outside and a large swimming pool with separate children's pool. The pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with communal sunloungers and there is a snack bar overlooking the pool.
