La Moleta is a brand new set of apartments in the picturesque village of Adsubias.

The apartment has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, a separate kitchen and a living area with a balcony overlooking the pretty village. The apartment is furnished and equipped. All the furniture and equipment is brand new so you will be the first person to lie in the bed/sit on the sofa etc.

The roof terrace is stylish with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. There are sunloungers, mature plants and a pool which catches the sun all day.

The village offers a taste of 'the real Spain' and has a small shop and a couple of bar/cafes. The larger town of Pego is a 5 minute drive and has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and an extensive fiesta programme. Although the village is nestled at the foot of the mountains it is just a 15 minute drive to the beaches, resorts and the shopping centre.

The apartment is 450€ pm plus utility bills.

Other charges: agency fee of 1 month´s rental and damage deposit (refundable) of 1 month´s rental.
