Information for Renters

To search for your ideal holiday rental simply select a location, property type and/or number of bedrooms you require and click Submit!

All properties have a full description, photos, price list and availability calendar. Arrival dates and duration are completely flexible. The minimum stay is 3 nights.

How do I make a booking?

When you have chosen your property, a 25% non-refundable, deposit will be required to make a reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the booking start date.

To make a booking, simply complete the Booking Form with your personal details and the property and dates you require. We will contact you, by the next working day to make arrangements for payment. Currently payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Please indicate your preferred method of payment in the Additional Info section of the Booking Form.

Monthly lets

Escape the cold winters and rent a holiday home at discounted monthly rates during the winter season (October - May). As always these rates are inclusive of bed linen, towels, end of stay clean and utility bills. Monthly rates are given for the properties where this offer is available.

In the Costa Blanca we also have a range of properties available for long lets (6 months +), ideal if you are relocating and want to familiarise yourself with the area before you put down permanent roots.

Extra beds

Unless otherwise stated each bedroom sleeps 2 people in either twin or double beds.

Some properties have sofa beds in the lounge so it is possible, for example, for a 1 bedroom property to sleep 4 people. In most properties an additional fold away bed can be supplied for just 25€ per week.

Cots & Highchairs

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at all of our properties at a rate of 20€ per item per week.

Welcome food packs

Ideal for late arrivals, food packs can be pre-booked and will be in the property waiting for you. Although contents may vary there will always be water, tea, coffee, bread and a savoury spread.

NB food packs are not available in our Florida properties due to the proximity of 24 hour food outlets.

Taxi transfers

Where car hire is not essential we can arrange taxi transfers to/from the airport.

Special occasions

We can help make a special occasion memorable. Surprise a loved one by pre-booking flowers, champagne, chocolates, balloons, cakes.
