Terms & Conditions

"We", "Our", "Ourselves", "Us", "The Company" means Ideal Holiday Homes S.L.

"You", "Your", "Yourself" means the person who has made the booking / reservation.

We are a Spanish registered Company. Our business and the services we offer are governed by the applicable laws of Spain.

Payment

You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. Full payment may be made at the time of reservation or, time permitting, a 25% deposit may be paid with the balance paid at least, 8 weeks before the booking start date. It will be understood that you have cancelled the booking if we do not receive full payment 8 weeks before the booking start date.

Reservation Deposit

The 25% reservation deposit, once received, is non-refundable.

Balance Payment or Payment in Full

Full payment may be made at time of reservation. If you need to cancel your booking the following conditions apply:

The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable.

A refund of the total booking cost will be as follows:
Up to 6 months prior to booking start date: 75%
Up to 3 months prior to booking start date: 50%
Less than 3 months prior to booking start date: 0%

No refund shall be payable for rentals ended early or for cancellations made up to 56 days prior to the booking start date.

In all events, credit card charges are non-refundable.

Our Obligation

If, in the unlikely event, we are unable to fulfil our obligation to you, we will provide you with similar accommodation or a full refund.

Breakage Deposit

We accept that accidents happen and in the event of a minor breakage during your stay please get in touch with the local management company. Your credit/debit card details will be held by way of breakage and damage deposit. By giving us details of your credit/debit card you agree that, in the event of damage to the property or its contents, we will deduct sufficient money to make good the damage.

Holiday/Travel Insurance

Holiday/Travel insurance is essential and we strongly recommend that this is taken out at the time of booking your accommodation.

Services

The owner offers their property with all services and facilities operational but items can break or stop working, and replacement or repair of some items may take up to 7 working days.
